Bonjour, you! My name is Laura. For me, sport is way of life – physical activities have made me healthy and happy for as long as I can remember. I mainly play football and use functional training to increase my performances. I also love to play tennis, bouldering, and hiking. Something I also like is to help people around me, that is the reason why I became a PT. It doesn’t matter how experienced you are, the most important thing is to start trying new thing to achieve your goals.

Future personal developments:
I believe that learning new things keeps you alive and provides you with more knowledge to be able to help more people. I plan to start a sports injuries course to help people with their injury recovery, and another course for mobility. I would like to keep learning languages such as Chinese and Russian so I can confidently talk with more people.
