Important coronavirus member information
Along with the rest of the country, no doubt you were watching the UK government announcement on Saturday that a further lockdown is required from this coming Thursday 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December. It would appear the government had little choice to implement such a drastic step in order to protect the nation and in turn NHS capacity heading into the winter months. Whilst it is hugely frustrating to close again, our ongoing passion remains the same, to be part of the solution to aid people’s physical and mental well-being throughout the pandemic.
Our membership direct debits are processed five working days ahead of time so the announcement came too late to change the November payment.
However, we will be freezing all memberships from Thursday and upon re-opening on the 3rd December no further membership payment will be taken until January 2021 when we will return to your regular payment schedule. If any of the lockdown timescales change, we will react accordingly and notify you all.
As a small business we can’t thank you enough for remaining with us through this incredibly tough period and we remain positive that 2021 will bring with it, brighter times for us all! We will be organising our UFL Online platform once again to cater for those of you who wish to utilise our virtual classes. As always we want the content to be member led so if you could message us at email@example.com to let us know what type of classes you would like to see on the November timetable that would be hugely appreciated and we will notify members in the usual manner across our platforms as soon as the timetable is finalised.
