URBAN Lower Body Circuit was created to strengthen, enhance muscle endurance & push your Lower Body to the limit in this 30minute Circuit involving 8 stations to get your lower body working to maximum & helping you push for those marginal gains!

Love cycling but don’t have time for a 45 minute class? URBAN Speed Cycle is our 30 minute cycle blast.  A 5 minute warm up with 25 minutes of great music, setting a pace to keep your heart racing & legs pumping!!
