Hi. My name is Barry. I have been a Personal Trainer for 16 years. I started lifting weights in my dads shed as a teenager which assisted with me participating in Rugby, Basketball & shot put at school.
Outside of school I got into boxing too which meant I started to lift weights more frequently which filtered me into competitive bodybuilding for many years.

Future personal developments:
I got into DJing a few years ago & I would like to get some more gigs as I have only played out a few times. I started to learn Spanish but need to go back to it & continue to expand my knowledge.
