What we mean by marginal gains…
Marginal gains is all about the cumulative effects experienced from making slight improvements – and sometimes it can be just the smallest of changes – that positively impact your lifestyle, performance or training goal.

To help our members achieve this, every detail in our club has been extensively researched; from the equipment installed, the programmes we’ve written, the classes our team delivers and even the lighting and colour on the walls.
Each URBANFITNESS club has been designed for those who lead a busy lifestyle and by experts who understand that ‘busy’ doesn’t have to get in the way of your health and wellbeing.
Working long hours and juggling hectic family and social lives can often mean it’s difficult to prioritise health and fitness, but not at URBANFITNESS. Our team will work with you to determine how best to maximise your time at the gym; from 20 minute high intensity group exercise sessions to training programmes to work through when it suits you.
