Our group exercise timetable includes of a diverse range of classes to meet the needs of all of our members. We’re focused on our members being at the heart of everything we do, therefore if there is something that you would like to see at your club, just let us know and we will be happy to consider.
Yoga
Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath and mind. it uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall. Yoga was developed as a spiritual practice thousands of years ago and highly recommended for your mental health.
Pilates
Mat Pilates is a low impact, full body workout and a great stress reliever meaning there’s something for everyone. You will learn the 6 principles of pilates (breathing, centre,concentration,control and flow precision), strengthen muscles whilst improving flexibility and postural alignment. The low impact element of pilates means that its excellent for a beginner and also the athlete who does a lot of sport. If your body dosent quite work like it used to Pilates will strengthen and stabilise your core, improve your flexibility and overall mobility.
