Brief biography
To say that I’m obsessed with fitness is an understatement. The extent of my training experience is so vast that the gym has simply become a playground to me, and quite honestly if I could live in a gym I would. Training and movement have become second nature to me, and this is truly no exaggeration. This is simply who I am as a person and combining this with my innate drive to inspire and assist people, I decided to become a full-time personal trainer. Even my name “Ezra” means “to help”, so I want to positively influence as many lives as possible in the way I know best, which is fitness.
One of the biggest deciding factors for me choosing to train people here at URBANFITNESS is the fact that we embrace the theory of marginal gains. This is a concept I apply to myself in my everyday life and being able to help individuals reap the cumulative rewards of making slight improvements in their day-to-day life fits in perfectly with my outlook on life.

Whether you’ve never touched a plate before or you’re a seasoned veteran in physical training, I have the same vision for you: I want to see just how high your ceiling will go physically and mentally. I want you to realize your full potential in any goal that involves physical movement, from simply trying to get that summer body to competing in sports and I want to be the person to help you get there at any cost. I have a relentless work ethic and I will never stop or give up on you until you’ve reached your goals.
I have worked in many different industries so I can understand and relate to a lot of day-to-day struggles that may have hindered your progress in the past, however I will help you work around this. When coaching clients, I always take an educational approach, teaching you the correct habits and knowledge so that you are well-equipped to train on your own safely and optimally in the long run.
Future personal developments:
Having fully dedicated my life to fitness and due to my ambitious nature, I am constantly researching and trying to further my knowledge about fitness and training in my journey to becoming a world-renowned personal trainer.
I am learning about content creation so that I can provide quality helpful fitness videos for anyone to access, and I am looking to create new and innovative ways of providing fitness equipment and training for people that do not have access to a gym or trainer.
