I believe that regular exercise and becoming educated about nutrition is the best gift you can give yourself.
From gymnastics to snowboard instructing, I have tried close to every sport and exercise class under the sun and haven’t quite found anything that I love more than resistance training/weightlifting.
The introduction of weightlifting not only improved my fitness and physique, but also, completely changed my relationship with how I view myself and the world around me… It taught me discipline and showed me that I am capable of more, in everything that I do.
My goal is to share this profound experience with as many people as possible.

Future personal developments:
My passion for health and fitness grows more and more every day. Career wise, I plan to continue developing my knowledge in both biomechanics and nutrition to expand my services to help my clients on a deeper level through their health journeys. The next step for me will be to complete my qualifications in sports nutrition, with future endeavors of branching further into the world of nutrition.
