Personal Trainers
Izzy Patrick
Brief Biography:
A London born and bred gal who trained at University as an actress but found a passion for fitness along the way and decided to pursue a full time career in Personal Training and Fitness Instructing. My passions are weightlifting, power lifting, and all things resistance. I would love to be able to use strength training to empower people the same way it has empowered me, as I truly believe that achieving your goals and becoming physically fitter and stronger on the outside, will help you to feel stronger on the inside!
With current social media and global marketing giving us an unrealistic and elitist view of what we should look, act, and feel like, I’m here to bring things back to basics and let you take back the reigns. With a little help from me along the way, I want you to feel like you can conquer the world without 100k followers. Be your own inspiration. Get empowered.
Specialisms:
- Level 3 Personal Trainer
- Level 3 Exercise GP Referral
- Level 4 Obesity and Diabetes Management
- Les Mills BodyPump Coach
- Competitive Power lifter
Why train with me?
I have experienced first hand the negative effects social media and marketing can have on your mental health, and I believe that the only way to combat this is by showing people that there is an alternative! My training is person-centred and I believe everyone should have the opportunity to achieve their health and fitness goals without feeling pressurised or demotivated. We are all unique and that’s what makes this world so fabulous – so by creating goals and programs that are unique to every person I train with, I aim to maintain the balance of weird and wonderful in the world! Being healthy and fit is a right, not a privilege, and I want to prove that you can achieve your dreams through hard work, commitment, and passion!
Future Personal Developments:
As I am super adamant that health and fitness should be accessible for all, I want to obtain more qualifications that will enable me to work with and help a wider range of people, for example, CPDs in working with older people, people with disabilities, and post/ante natal clients. I love feeling like I can do and achieve anything I set my mind to, so would also love to enroll on Olympic Weightlifting course and a pad work course in the near future so I can add more to my personal and client based training repertoire! I will soon be enrolling on a Resistance Training course with Integra, enhancing my knowledge on one of my favourite elements of fitness – super exciting!
