Hi everyone, I’m Karan.
I’m very excited to be here to get to know you and help you achieve your physique and fitness goals. I’m very sociable, friendly, and enthusiastic. I love making everyone feel uplifted and in great spirits with my warm and caring energy. Fitness and bodybuilding are my passions, and they mean a lot to me. I aim to use my expertise to craft the best plan for you to achieve your goals and be a close friend and coach during your journey.

Why train with me
I’m a qualified fitness instructor & personal trainer, and as well as my qualification achievements, I was mentored and taught by leading personal trainers in the industry. They moulded me to be the best personal trainer for you and gave me the knowledge and skills necessary to get you to your fitness goals and ideal physique. I have 10 years of weightlifting and fitness training experience, and the combination of my qualifications has allowed me to enhance my attributes and made me excellent and versatile.
I know dieting can be tedious and unenjoyable, but I believe in having a more balanced outlook where you can enjoy the foods you like without sacrificing your mood. If you like peanut butter, cakes, and chocolate, I’m the personal trainer to be by your side and show you and guide you in eating your favourite foods and training you hard in the gym.
Future personal developments:
I aspire to compete on stage in men’s physique. I hope to win trophies and medals, so my clients and friends will be proud of me. I also aim to learn a new language. I always wanted to learn Arabic and Spanish. It would be nice to travel to different places and be able to speak the languages fluently. I enjoy learning, and as a personal trainer, I will add more accolades to my portfolio by always furthering my expertise and education, so I can be the best personal trainer.
