Personal Trainers
Myles Kiezer- Burrows
Brief Biography
I pride myself in ensuring that any health-related goal I set for myself or others are met whilst having the most fun possible at the same time. Exercise and healthy living should work alongside other important parts of our lives, a principle I truly believe in. Playing Football at a good level for a few years now has shown me that making time for exercise and what I like doing is far easier than I ever expected. I’m healthy and still able to catch up with friends, family… and my favourite tv shows. A good balance of everything is key!
I’m knowledgable, understanding and have a positive attitude… I use all of these characteristics to influence every task I undertake and add a little bit of cheekiness to it just for good measure.
Every single training session is specifically tailored to the client and their needs.
I truly believe in leading by example and getting out what you put in, which is why my motivation to achieve will never fault and I hope I can inspire people to adapt a similar mentality.

Future Personal Developments
I believe I have much more to give. I hope to use my sporting background as a spring board into Sports Conditioning. To do this, acquiring a REPS L4 qualification will be the first task set.
Hopefully the cheesiness isn’t out in full throttle with this next bit, but knowledge really is power! I HAVE to stay in the know about fitness, it’s my passion. Further to this point, I am set to participate in the Resistance Training Course, in association with Integra. This will further my knowledge of biomechanics and proven training principles, enhancing my knowledge of biomechanics and keeping up-to-date with the latest training principles.
