His sessions are fun and interactive, with a focus on the core fundamentals of the programme, good quality exercise form and always applying an evidence-based approach. Oli practices what he preaches when it comes to training and enjoys an array of sports including skiing, rugby, bouldering and golf. With his own training ideology to be the strongest, healthiest and happiest he can be, whilst also looking good on the beach!

Why train with me?
Prior to qualifying as a PT, Oli worked in commercial insurance broking for 6 years and tried almost every workout programme and diet there is available, so has real life experience of what works when juggling a busy lifestyle. He doesn’t believe Personal Training is just an hour with his clients but a full 360 coaching experience providing guidance on not just training but nutrition, sleep and daily lifestyle habits to create a leaner, stronger and most importantly a healthier individual.
Future Personal Developments:
His philosophy centres around continuous improvement as a coach and is always taking the opportunity to upskill in whatever way possible, be that via online Strength and Conditioning courses or attending Functional Movement seminars. Oli is interested in furthering his knowledge on exercise mechanics and will hope to complete a RTS accredited course in 2021.
