Besides exercising, I also focus on the importance of nutrition and mindset so my clients can create a healthy lifestyle that they can maintain for the long term. I believe that getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the discomfort. Why train with me?
Prior to being a Personal Trainer, I was dancing professionally and after that ended, I tried various training methods & diets to stay fit, so I use my own experience combined with my gained knowledge to give the best & most suited training for my clients. I’m there to support my clients through every step towards their goal, help them stay motivated and challenge them so they can constantly improve.
Future personal developments:
I believe in constantly developing, improving myself & my knowledge about the fitness industry so I can be the best version of myself for my clients. As someone who struggled with lower back pain before, I’m planning on furthering my knowledge on Lower Back Pain management with the Reps Level 4 qualification.
