Brief Biography
Having fun is the foundation to building and sustaining healthy habits and achieving goals. Motivation, Inspiration and Enjoyment are all key features which I implement in my training sessions. Working in the performing arts industry alongside the fitness industry has taught me to find the balance of a busy lifestyle while keeping physically, mentally and socially active and healthy. It’s about having a realistic approach!
I always give 100% focus and dedication to everything I do, while usually having a giggle in the process.
I provide client-defined personal training and nutrition advice which is tailored to YOU specifically. I will provide constant support throughout your fitness journey.

Further Future Developments
I am constantly reading and researching, keeping up with new information discovered in the ever-developing health and fitness industry. I recently completed my exercise referral specialist qualification which provides me with the knowledge to work with those on medication, having serious medical conditions. I intend to continue onto a specialist course that looks at the relationship between mental health and exercise.
Working with Integra, participating in the Resistance Training Specialist course, I have an in depth understanding of muscle function and effective training methods and continue to attend their workshops to further my knowledge and understanding.
Education is key for a personal trainer as it enables them to further educate their clients in achieving and maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle.
