The URBANFITNESS London PT Concept

In a similar way to our GAINS programmes and ultimately how we as an organization embrace the ‘theory of marginal gains’ we recognise that everyone is an individual and some of you may choose to engage in additional support along your journey. Therefore for those members who wish to take things to the next level we offer dedicated one-to-one sessions. Thus creating a unique relationship with our team of highly knowledgeable personal trainers allowing the member to focus even further on their results.

Following an initial consultation a tailored programme will be written, taking into account current fitness and ability, any injuries or limitations and nutrition. You our valued member will then be guided through an entire programme of health and fitness development, which of course includes advice about training inside and outside of the club, diet and lifestyle coaching.

Our personal trainers will deliver results to those members who buy this personal service and guarantee the most focused of attention taking all aspects of the URBANFITNESS London model into consideration when planning and developing individual training plans. A major aspect of this process is integrating their knowledge alongside our coaching team with the world renowned – Resistance Training Specialist® (RTS) approach. The main principle of RTS® focuses on developing a client-defined approach to personal training. From your unique and individual structure, to the exercise choices and to the way you execute them, every piece can be and needs to be tailored to the individual, if you are to achieve optimal results without injury. Rather than fitting you into a pre-determined box, we build a comprehensive exercise program that fits you. At URBANFITNESS London we have found this to be the most balanced approach to conditioning work in all of its forms.

Therefore personal training at UFL integrates all of the above with a completely non-judgemental balanced approach. Members can choose to purchase sessions or packages which are designed to be progressive and challenging but ultimately safe. Thus ensuring the end user is not just leaner but also FASTER, FITTER & STRONGER!
